Circuit Swarm LLC ("Circuit Swarm," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Circuit Swarm mobile application (the "App"). Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and password. Account authentication is managed through Google Firebase Authentication.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers), app activity and feature usage, crash reports and performance data, and log data such as access times and pages viewed.
Circuit Mapping Data: Information you create within the App, such as building layouts, circuit assignments, and notes, is stored in your account using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore.
Device Permissions: The App may request access to certain device features (such as Bluetooth or network connectivity) required to communicate with Circuit Swarm hardware devices. We only access these features when necessary for the App's core functionality.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Your data is stored and processed using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Analytics. Google Firebase maintains industry-standard security practices, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
Google Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication, data storage, and analytics. Firebase's data handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not integrate with any social media platforms, and the App does not share your data with social media services.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at founder@circuit-swarm.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and service providers (including Google Firebase) are located.
